Privacy & participation

Respectful participation. Responsible records.

How the institute handles submissions, reservations and event attendance.

Information you provide

Inquiry forms collect your name, email and the information you choose to include. Event registration requires name, email, country and consent; professional details and accessibility requests are optional. Provide only information relevant to your participation.

Purpose and access

Records support inquiries, event capacity, ticket verification and check-in. Authorized editors can access these records. Check-in staff can view attendee lists and record attendance. Data is stored by the hosted website; a mirror to the institute’s Airtable base can be enabled by its administrator.

Ticket privacy

Your ticket link is a private bearer link. Anyone holding it can view the ticket and cancel its reservation before check-in. Do not post it publicly. A QR code identifies a reservation; it does not verify personal identity.

Contact and deletion

Request a correction, access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include your reservation number when relevant. Event records may be retained for operational review until a deletion request is handled. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive material through these forms.

Updates

Newsletter interest and optional event-update consent are recorded separately from attendance consent. Transactional ticket emails are queued for delivery through the institute’s email service once its sender is connected. Ticket links may be retained privately in the delivery queue for retries. Newsletter interest does not trigger automated announcements. No event fee or payment is collected by this website.
